When I met Jared a year and a half ago I had pain in several different areas of my body. We started doing bodywork which consists of reflexology and muscle strength testing. During those sessions, we would talk a lot. Jared is a wealth of knowledge and information. I would often take notes after our sessions. We talked about how I could improve my exercise, nutrition, cold water therapy, breathing techniques, meditation, and supplements. In December I decided to increase my work with Jared and he started coaching me. He changed my workouts, he changed my nutrition plan, and we continued with bodywork. After three months, the results have by far exceeded my expectations
